   Junior Web Designer

   Junior designers have the best of both worlds. They are young, bushy-tailed and eager enough to take on all challenges from a simple email to a mind-blowing website. They are also wise enough to know that ‘clean’ is good and Lucida is where type goes to die.

   Mighty is looking for a junior web designer who loves the Internet and social media as much as they love their mom. Well, maybe not that much. Maybe as much as a cool aunt. Yeah, definitely a cool aunt.

   What you’ll bring to Mighty:

   • Provide creative and development support to Art Directors
   • Attend and participate in creative briefings
   • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ideas and formats that deliver on client briefs (work will include online banners, emails, landing pages and microsites)
   • Work with Senior Art Directors to develop design comps
   • Present layouts to the Creative Director and Account Teams for review, discussion and approval

   What you need to be Mighty:

   • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in web design or related field
   • 1-2 years work experience in web design/development
   • A superb online portfolio
   • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
   • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, SEO and web-based principles and technologies
