   Project Manager

   Project Managers are a different breed. To them, excel isn’t a spreadsheet. It’s a blank canvas. A place they can weave their magic and strike the delicate balance between timelines and numbers, the client’s needs and the creative’s desires. After all, great work is not great work, if it isn’t on time and on budget.

   Mighty is looking for a Project Manager to bring a method to our madness. We want someone who is passionate and active in the digital space. Someone who’s obsessed with budgets and workbacks, details and deadlines. We don’t judge. For real.

   What you’ll bring to Mighty:

   • Manage all phases of digital projects. Ensure they are on time and on budget while maintaining team and client satisfaction
   • Create project plans and manage scope and financials
   • Lead and maintain quality assurance for all Mighty projects
   • Manage Mighty creative and development teams and relationships with external vendors
   • Maintain day-to-day contact with Mighty clients
   • Work closely with Account Directors to ensure projects are on time and on budget
   • Support the Project Director in monitoring team and project resources

   What you need to be Mighty:

   • 3-5 years of agency experience in managing digital projects
   • Strong history in managing client relationships and expectations
   • Ability to multitask between projects and stakeholders
   • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain project priorities
   • Strong attention to detail
   • Bachelor’s Degree recommended
